What These Terms Cover

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 77xo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing any part of the 77xo website, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77xo platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 77xo platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception. 77xo reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77xo operates a strict 21+ only policy. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 77xo or any of its affiliated companies.

77xo reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account that does not satisfy these eligibility requirements at any stage, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 77xo services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account details to ensure they remain accurate at all times.

Account Verification (KYC)

77xo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard industry practices. We may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 77xo immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via the email address provided on the platform.
• 77xo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations, including any transactions made using your credentials before you notify us of a breach.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. 77xo may also close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 77xo platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77xo supports fast and secure payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. We are committed to processing transactions efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to your gaming experience.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to a third party will be declined, and the funds may be returned subject to applicable fees. Accepted payment methods include:

• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office (minimum deposit ৳100)

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the deposit, to the extent technically possible.

77xo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 77xo may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

77xo may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. The following general bonus rules apply to all offers unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• All welcome bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable game contribution rates are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player per promotion period.
• 77xo reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms will be immediately forfeited and the player's account may be suspended.
• Free spin winnings may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as stated in the relevant promotion. Wins exceeding the cap will be removed from the account balance.

6. Responsible Gaming

77xo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should always be an enjoyable leisure activity, and we take our responsibility to players seriously. We strictly prohibit underage gambling and will close any account found to be operated by a person under the minimum age.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77xo platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the 77xo platform. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing information in real-time during live dealer games, or engaging in any form of cheating.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether to circumvent self-exclusion, abuse bonuses, or for any other purpose. All accounts under the same individual will be permanently closed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77xo platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of 77xo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the 77xo platform without the express written permission of 77xo. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property belonging to 77xo may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77xo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the 77xo platform or any content thereon.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 77xo's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Amendments to These Terms

77xo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 77xo platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation between the parties.
